On
Monday (4/6) Statistics of Pakpak Bharat Regency (BPS) held Coordination
Meeting of the Integrated Data Updates (PBDT) with relevant
stakeholders, which was attended by 40 people, including the head of
SKPD, Poverty Reduction Team Regional, district head in Pakpak Bharat. This
activity takes place in the Hall of Regional Development Planning Board
(Bappeda) Pakpak Bharat and opened by Vice Regent Pakpak Bharat, Ir. H. Maju Ilyas Padang. One of the basic implementation PBDT2015 was form letter of Minister of Home Affairs Number 460/2254 / SJ 2015 on the Integrated Database Updates Social Protection Program (PBDT / PPLS) in 2015.
Before
starting his speech, Vice Regent said that the Integrated Database
Updates is very important, he encouraged to all district head to continue the updating of population data. PBDT2015 considered important, given the benefit for social assistance in the district. The supports Vice Regent is in line with expectations related to the
implementation PBDT2015 BPS "Let's Improve Our Concern for Creating a
More Integrated Database Quality and More People Trust to Accelerate
Poverty Reduction."
The next session was a panel discussion led by the Head of Public Works, Ir. Parlaungan Lumbantoruan, M.Sc. The first exposure was delivered by Head of BPS Pakpak Bharat, Alzen, S.Si, M.Sc. In
the presentation entitled "Integrated of The Database Updates 2015 for Social
Protection Programmes", delivered with a clear process of implementation
of the Public Consultation Forum (FKP) that are running in every
village throughout Pakpak Bharat, as well as activity data on the
results of FKP. Given the importance of this activity, the expected role of Local Government in support of passage of PBDT2015 activities.
The next exposure delivered by the Head of Bappeda, Ir. Mahadi Simanjuntak, MM, M.Si with the title "The Role of Local Government in Integrated Database Updatess (PBDT) 2015". Head
of Planning Agency said that the current government has had a Poverty
Reduction Program based integrated social assistance, community
empowerment, and empowerment-based small businesses. Based
on the results PBDT 2015, the local government can plan programs and
improve the service to the user program PBDT in determining
beneficiaries. Besides the benefit of PBDT2015 is as determining poverty target
(number) by name by addres, as well as mapping a priority in planning
the Poverty Management Program.
Public
Consultation Forum (FKP) has been implemented since May 25 until June
24, 2015, while data on the results of FKP took place on June 16 until
July 15, 2015. We all have to the success of this collection, because we
all become the deciding accuracy of data collected and its use in the poverty reduction program later.
