Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 39 of 2019 concerning "Satu Data Indonesia" (Indonesian One Data), encourages BPS of Pakpak Bharat Regency to synergize with Diskominfo to conduct Sectoral Statistics Guidance for all OPD and Sub-district Heads of Pakpak Bharat Regency. The Sectoral Statistics Coaching event was officially opened by the Regent of Pakpak Bharat Regency (Franc Benrhard Tumanggor) and was also attended by the Regional Secretary (Jalan Berutu), Assistants and Leaders of OPD and Head of Subdistrict. In his direction, the Regent of Pakpak Bharat, said that to go toIndonesian One Data (SDI), BPS (Data Supervisor), Diskominfo (Data Proxy), Bappeda (Coordinator) and OPD (Data Producer) synergize and collaborate so that Sectoral Data has good Data and Metadata Standards. The success of OPD in meeting the Standards and Metadata recommended by BPS will be the Output and Outcome in the Implementation of the Pakpak Bharat Regency Government.
In his presentation, Regent of Pakpak Bharat conveyed that all Sectoral Statistics Activity Organizers are required to notify BPS of the plan for conducting a survey after the relevant OPD coordinates with Diskominfo; Following the recommendations given by BPS; submit the results of the survey conducted to BPS. After receiving a recommendation from BPS, the results of the survey can be shared (interoperability) into Regional One Data Portal for Pakpak Bharat Regency.
In his presentation, the Head of BPS for Pakpak Bharat Regency (Ratnauli Naibaho) said that sectoral data that meets standard data, has metadata that can be compared periodically, between regions, for example between villages, between sub-districts in Pakpak Bharat Regency. In addition, he conveyed that the purpose of Indonesian One Data was to avoid duplicating sectoral statistical activities; compiling Sectoral Statistical Metadata Database; help realize the National Statistical System; Encouraging the obtaining of technically accountable results of statistical activities.
In order for OPD to understand how to get Statistical Recommendations from BPS, Siti Rahma Damanik (First Expert Statistics) explained the mechanism for using Romantik Online so that OPD could independently register the Standards and Metadata that had been prepared by the relevant OPD. In addition, the Young Expert Statisticians of BPS Pakpak Bharat Regency also conveyed the business process of preparing Gross Regional Domestic Product (Marupah Situmorang), poverty (Jaksen Ferry Judo Lingga) and Area Sample Framework (Jekson Butar-Butar). Hopefully the Development of Sectoral Statistics in Pakpak Bharat Regency can realize the One Data Indonesia National Statistics System.
