Abstract

There is 12,40 percent of the poor population (the population with per capita expenditure per month below the poverty line) in Pakpak Bharat in 2012, suffereddecrease when compared with the percentage of poor people in 2011 were reaches 13,16 percent.
average expenditure gap of each of the poor to the poverty line (P1) has increased from 1,25 per cent in 2011 to 1:40 per cent in 2012. This indicates that the average expenditure of the poor tend to be more away from the poverty line in 2012 compared to the year 2011 in Pakpak Bharat Regency.
When viewed from the level of expenditure distribution among the poor, inequality expenditure among the poor (P2) in Pakpak Bharat also increased from 0,19 percent in 2011 to 0,27 percent in 2012. This indicates that inequality expenditure of poor people in Pakpak Bharat in 2012 tends to increase when compared to the year 2011.
The magnitude of the poverty line in Pakpak Bharat has increased from Rp. 196.758 / capita / month in 2011 to Rp. 218.932 / capita / month in 2012, or increased by 11,27 percent over the previous year.
Trend percentage of poor people in 2009 - 2012 are likely to decline with a decrease.
