Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Pakpak Bharat Regency 2021

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by BPS to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve data quality and public services. In general, the data needs survey aims to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as supporting materials for improving the quality of data and statistical information, as well as providing good service. In 2021 survey data collection will be carried out by maximizing the use of online methods. SKD 2021 respondents are consumers who have received services from PST BPS Pakpak Bharat Regency from January 1, 2021 until the end of the enumeration period. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of tables and graphs. The analysis carried out includes consumer characteristics, customer satisfaction with services, consumer perceptions of anti-corruption behavior in services, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with data quality.
